Expert evaluation on predictability of state of the business cycle in the period from 2010 to 2013

Brief outline: 
The objective of the project was to determine whether substantially changed economic circumstances could have been anticipated at the time of the conclusion of the 2010 Collective Agreement on Science and Higher Education. 

Results/outcomes: Expert report 

Project activities included the analysis of the duration of peaks and troughs of previous business cycles and the determination of the recession that lasted from 2008 to 2015, whereby business cycle analysis was used.
