Summary: 
The aim of the research is to determine economically justified fees for the reproduction of copyrighted works for private and other personal use. The determination of the economically justified compensation will be carried out by taking into account the trends of selected indicators of the Croatian economy during the period from 2007 to 2025 and on the basis of a comparative analysis of the price lists of fees for the reproduction of copyrighted works for private and other personal use by the Member States of the European Union.
