Brief outline: 
The feasibility study contained a review of basic knowledge about public spending in the field of combating drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia. It presented a research methodology for the analysis of labeled and unlabeled public costs in the area of combating drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia by groups of activities (prevention, treatment, harm reduction, enforcement and prosecution) and institutions (government institutions, civil and private sector), as well as a research methodology for the analysis of sources of financing activities in the field of combating drug abuse by groups of activities and institutions (budgetary funds, grants, other sources). The study elaborated the need to develop performance indicators in the field of combating drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia.
