Determinants of house prices in transition economies

Project outline: 
1) Description of main characteristics od housing markets in transition economies; 
2) Testing for treshold cointegration and asymmetric error correction of house prices; 
3) Testing for the influence of monetary and demand shocks on house prices by applying structural VAR.
