Analysis of financial management of television broadcasters at the local level in Croatia in 2014 and 2015

Brief outline: 
The general objective of this research was to determine the trends and specifics of particular cases and draw conclusions from the analysis. Activities related to the development of the Study on financial management of television broadcasters at the local level in Croatia in 2014 and 2015 included: 
  • Data analysis on financial management of local broadcasters at the local level
  • Detailed report on recognized trends in financial management of television broadcasters at the local level and report on regional specifics, using in-depth interviews
  • Determining characteristics and perspectives of television concession at the local level
  • Presentation of the draft of study to the members of the Electronic Media Committee, which included workbooks of all statistic covers and interpretation of that data, as well as the analysis and interpretation of data gathered through interviews with representatives of television broadcasters
  • Integration of all changes and amendments to the final version of the Study
  • Delivery of the Study and all supporting documents, such as databases and other material gathered during the analysis, in digital form
  • Preparation of PPT with results of the research and its presentation at a public gathering in Zagreb organized by the Agency for Electronic Media.
During the development of the Study, we used the method of desk research and in-depth interviews.
