Brief outline: 
The feasibility study of implementing scientific research project "Social costs in the field of combating drugs abuse in the Republic of Croatia" gave an overview of basic knowledge about social cost in the field of combating drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia.   

Results/outputs: The project developed the research methodology for the analysis and evaluation of social costs in the field of combating drugs abuse in the Republic of Croatia. 

Activities: Literature review and analysis of the experiences of other European countries in measuring and/or estimating of social cost in the field of combating drugs abuse, collection and analysis of data about public expenditures in the field of combating drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia, analysis of data and materials necessary for evaluation of social costs, preparation of methodological guidelines and concept for conducting research on evaluation of social costs in the field of combating drug abuse in the Republic of Croatia and others. 

Methodology: Analysis of secondary data sources, survey, interviews with key stakeholders and other.
